「The young man at check in was lovely! So friendly and accommodating. The room was dated but very clean. Plenty of clean towels also. Beds were very comfortable. The front desk gave us a whole list of local restaurants that were all excellent. Very close to cute shops and the Soo Locks. I would absolutely stay here again! Thank you 😊」
「My only complaint was the lack of sit down dining options. Their main restaurant was closed on Monday & Tuesday leaving only the Trail Deli as a breakfast option. The food at the deli was delicious and low-priced but it was usually pretty crowded due to lack of another breakfast option in the hotel. Everything else was just fine. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful and they kept the renovation noise down to a minimum. 」
