"The staff here are absolutely phenomenal and made our stay truly unforgettable. Mohamed and Sokaina at the front desk set the perfect tone from the moment we arrived, and every other team member—from housekeeping and concierge to security—went out of their way to guarantee our comfort and happiness. They are top-tier professionals, exceptionally skilled, and genuinely caring. Hands down, this is the best service I have ever received at a hotel, anywhere on the planet. Le personnel ici est absolument phénoménal et a rendu notre séjour vraiment inoubliable. "I had an excellent check in experience thanks to MJ at the front desk. MJ was incredibly professional, welcoming, and helpful from the moment we arrived. The check in process was quick and easy, and we were pleasantly surprised to receive our room at 11:00 AM, which made a big difference to our stay. MJ’s friendly attitude, efficiency, and outstanding customer service set a great first impression. Thank you for making our arrival so smooth and enjoyable. I truly appreciate the excellent service and would gladly stay here again."
