Good location Dated hotel

Location excellent for walking. A taxi ride to the station and ferry terminal. Rooms dated and a lot of noise from water pipes and lift wells. Coffee machine in bar not working. I would not stay again

Everyone we interacted with was friendly, professional and very accommodating to our requests. We loved the pool and the garden around it - so lush, beautiful and peaceful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The only two minor things I disliked were the loud noise from the elevator at night and the shortage of lounging chairs at the pool (you need to secure yours in the morning). Other than that, everything exceeded my expectations. Chellah will be our go-to hotel in the future.

The receptionist was good but the room is not how it look when i have book it. The room is cold the wifi does not work in the 5th floor. There is too much noise from outside ventilators

Not what l expected...

Food, was ok. Service was very nice..but the room...not at all what was shown on the online booking: Old smell, old carpets, booked a double bed and i got 2 separate beds, shower was falling appart. Expect loud show music up til midnight even with closed windows, AC but no remote to use it and a TV as small as my hand.

Uima-altaan vesi oli likaista, mutta altaasta kyllä poistettiin roskia joka päivä. Hotellin sisäpihalla hyvä hotellin oma ravintola jossa livemusiikkia puolille öin saakka. Huoneiden ikkunat äänieristettyjä eikä kadun melu kuulunut sisälle. Kaikissa/suurimmassa osasta huoneista tupakoidaan enkä saanut tapakoimatonta huonetta vaikka sitä erikseen pyysin. Siivous pelasi ja kylpyhuone oli vasta remontoitu, mutta kylppärissä ei ollut pyyhekoukkuja eikä mitään ripustaa pyyhkeet kuivumaan.

A fuir. Cet hôtel est un véritable désastre

L'hygiène est déféctueuse, le personnel est incompétent. Mes enfants, mon épouse et moi-même avons passé 3 nuits au milieu des cafards et dans un bruit assourdissant jusqu'à 3 heures du matin (musique). A fuir.

tres amiguetes en tanger

es un bonito hotel , antiguo con solera, la entrada preciosa , cuando hagan reformas en las habitaciones quedara estupendo, hay que modernizarlo, muebles, ventanas, cuartos de baño, etc, el desayuno normalito, mejorable, pero viendo la relación hotel precio , no se puede pedir mas, de todas maneras esta bastante bien y bien situado ,

Voy con mucha frecuencia Tanger y me he alojado en varios hoteles de la ciudad. Para empezar en la recepción, pese a tener reserva para mi y mi pareja (con la que convivo en España desde hace 9 años y tenemos una hija en común) me dijeron que tenía que pagar un suplemento (una nueva habitación) o bien dar una propina al recepcionista. El motivo no estar casados. Trate de explicarle que en Febrero Estuvimos en el hotel HIlton de Tanger sin este problema, en Diciembre en el IBIS sin problema, en noviembre en el Umnia, sin problema, pero el recepcionista con bastante poca educacion no atendió as razones, mas allá de ofrecer a mi pareja 8en arabe) para que yo no me enterara, la posibilidad de llegar a "un acuerdo". Además hotel muy viejo, los colchones de muelles antiguos. en definitiva no se lo recomiendo a nadie, máxime con la oferta que existe en Tanger de establecimientos hoteleros.
