Welcome to trendy Seminole Heights known for its dinning, arts, entertainment and location! Relax in this spacious, newly remodeled 3 bed, 2 bath POOL home that sleeps 10 in a quiet neighborhood close to all the action. The accommodations are comfortable, well appointed and recently updated with new furniture. Enjoy a dip in the large pool surrounded by lush landscaping while the grilling out and chillin out. Get anywhere in the city within a matter of minutes! We offer a 5% discount to military and first responders!
The Space: The home is 1,640 SF and situated on a double corner lot surrounded by mature billowing oak trees. The pool and yard is completely fenced off for guest to enjoy privacy while relaxing. Boasting 2 king sized beds with high quality mattresses in 2 of the 3 bedroom and 2 full bathrooms. Brand new sofas and sofa sleeper. make a comfortable setting to watch the game or a movie on the new 50' TV where you can access your streaming services for entertainment. Please note that there is no cable TV. Spend some quality time with your travel buddies cooking a meal in the fully equip kitchen. For those with little ones there is a high chair and pack n play. There is plenty of parking available at no cost. The pool is swim at your own risk. There is no lifeguard on duty.

The stay was amazing the only issue we had was around 5:30pm 6pm bats started flying around the pool so the kids couldnt really enjoy it and there where ants over by the gazebo area so you really couldnt enjoy

A nice retreat

The property was very lovely. We were delayed in checking in because the previous tenants had been there for a while and it took longer to clean. The host was most gracious and apologize and went over the top to make sure our stay was good because there were things that needed to be fixed and cleaned up because of the previous tenant. The host were quick to answer questions or fix anything that was not working. I would recommend this place and it is centrally located to everything.

Beaucoup de choses qui ne fonctionne pas ! Lave-vaisselle défectueux coule et ne lave pas ! Drain de la douche bouché avons dû acheté un produit pour déboucher le tout! Frigo, le distributeur de glace et eau ne fonctionne pas! Pas de propane, pas de bois chauffage, piscine non-chauffée, laveuse à linge, les robinets sont inversés, cold hot et hotcold, la table de ping-pong y a une patte de table est brisée, le quartier est très douteux...! Bref nous donnons une note de 3/10, il manque beaucoup d'amour dans cette maison ! Il serait bon de faire quelques ajustements! Great place and amazing host. We asked if they had coffee folters, and briana had coffee and filters delivered to the home. Place very clean and comfortable. I would stay again. We rent homes atleast 2 to 3 times a times a year and she was without a doubt the best host we have delt with. .

Not familiar with the area, neighborhood seemed a little sketchy. House was fine, enjoyed the pool. Hot water did not work as well.
