As someone who manages 67 rentals in Florida, I found the home to be extremely worn, poorly maintained, and in need of a deep cleaning. Upon check-in, I sent owner over 25 pictures of issues and could have taken another 30, but doing a basic inspection for them was not what I wanted to be doing on my family vacation. Some of the issues include the railing on the stairs was not attached to the wall (we had them repair it for my elderly Mom's safety), black mold growing on some of the rusty AC vents, towel rack not installed proper / falling of the wall (had them repair), pool coping falling off and cracked in numerous places, kitchen infested with ghost ants before we bought food (sheet posted on the frig states that ant infestation is normal in FL), dinning table is loose from the base, wood decking is bowed and a safety hazard, main hot tub broken, lawn is patchy, dying, not mowed and the landscaping is completely unkept. Much more to list, but I have given enough of my time.
