"Had a wonderful stay at Quill Residence. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and exactly as described. The location was excellent, with easy access to public transport, restaurants and shopping areas. The check-in process was smooth and the host was very helpful and responsive. The room was spacious, well-maintained and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, great value for money and we really enjoyed our stay. "Check in process was terrible. The Property was supposed to send me my room number and check-in information prior to my arrival and they never did. I arrived around 11:30 PM to the property and there was nobody at the front desk to check me in. I had to rent a hotel room for the night till they staff at this property. We’re back at the Front Desk around 11 AM next morning. This was a huge inconvenience and a lot of money."

JW Marriott Kuala Lumpur

10/10 Excellent

"Excellent"

Shangri-La Kuala Lumpur

10/10 Excellent

"Great location in close proximity to the Petronas Towers and other attractions. Excellent hotel, incredibly friendly and welcoming staff, immaculate reception area and hotel overall. We notified them of an early arrival and they allowed us to use the spa area to change whilst our room was made ready. Nice pool area, fabulous breakfast and large comfortable bar area with live music. One of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in"

Aloft by Marriott Kuala Lumpur Sentral

10/10 Excellent

"We have stayed at Aloft before and have found the property to be very well located and convenient. The room was clean but as commented previously the property is a little aged and needs some upgrading especially the bathroom. We have no complaints about the staff. They were all very pleasant, helpful, cheerful, polite and friendly."

M Resort & Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"Overall experience was good but if you want a peaceful relaxing experience I would not book it it’s more for families with children as the hotel was very busy and loud. The spa was overally priced and the package that I booked included pedicure but the therapist did not even do it properly, she quickly just scrubbed my feet for few seconds and she was done."
