"Everything inside the hotel was stellar, but the area surrounding the hotel seemed a little sketchy. There was a homeless person right outside the hotel and a few men shouting the night we checked in"

"This home was the perfect location for our sorority group to rent for FSU homecoming weekend. 15 of us were able to enjoy this beautiful home/property with ample sleeping! The kitchen allowed for gathering and the back dock was the perfect place for coffee in the morning. Bill was really great to deal with and we loved our stay!
