"It's a hotel with very clean rooms, the room looked recently remodeled, and the breakfast was very good and varied. My children and I enjoyed staying at this hotel."

"Incredibly spacious! The rooms with two beds were huge, and the two full bathrooms were great. The open kitchen/living area was enormous. Easy drive to FSU, and not too far from Lake Bradford. Great place to congregate at the end of a busy day. "
"This was a new listing with no reviews, but we booked it anyways because we needed a place where we could park two cars filled with dorm stuff. We were told it was a gated community and there was a garage we could use. The gates never closed, but thankfully both cars fit in the garage. The unit had excellent air conditioning and plenty of hot water for showers. Beyond that, this property was not ready to be listed. It was not clean, there were bugs indoors, safety issues with the entry (trip hazards and poor lighting), and empty boxes and other garbage in the garage. The floors, baths, and bedding seemed clean, but that was it. There was animal fur on the couch and surfaces in the living room and food splatters in the microwave. The communication was poor. We were not given a unit number when provided with an address, but thankfully we did get a quick reply and apology when we messaged. The listing never disclosed that the entire unit was on the second floor so as soon as you enter there is a flight of stairs to get to the unit. We never got any wifi information or complete checkout instructions. We did not spend much time in the unit the first couple of days because we were busy with moving in two freshman into dorms. The one morning we were there having coffee on our last full day is when we discovered the bugs and dirty microwave. It was just gross and very disappointing. "
