"What a terrible experience! When we opened the door to our room the smell was gagging! Smelled like old smoke, weed and something rotting. Found some used tooth glossers on the floor as well! Asked to change room but they could not accommodate as they were at capacity. Had to leave to go to a different hotel without a refund. Very disappointing experience all around. "

"Beautiful home with every amenity you could think of. Coffee, tea, creamer, toothpaste, toothbrush, wood for fire pit or fireplace, games, local magazines, wine, popcorn and cookies ! Very, very clean, comfortable beds and modern decor. Answered my questions in a timely manner and very accommodating . "

"The room overall was nice but there are no elevators to carry all your luggage up three flights of stairs. The floors could be cleaned a lot better as well there was a lot of hair/and dirt on the floor. Also we were locked out of our room because their doors need to have the batteries changed out. So we couldn’t leave our room and get back in unless someone came and plugged a charger in. Which was very inconvenient. "
