「First off I want to say that first impressions are everything to me! We checked in after midnight and had our 2 pups with us. There were no luggage carts and we had quite a bit of stuff to carry to our rooms; the front desk staff (I apologize for not being better with names but I want to say her name was "B.A." or something?) helped us carry our belongings upstairs so that we did not have to make multiple trips. Staff was friendly and so helpful which makes all the difference. We had a suite,...

「Good hotel」

「Comfortable beds and excellent location」

「Clean and well maintained. Very competent and friendly staff. Pretty quiet despite proximity to major roads.」

Reserved a king room and was instead given two full-size beds that were poorly made. The front desk employee working around 7:00 p.m. was completely unhelpful and displayed absolutely...

「My wife and I stayed in room 610. The room was clean basically, but there seem to be mold under the bench along the wall. It looked black so I’m not sure if it was black mold. The place looks nice. The bar was OK but everything you have to pay for you can’t even get a cup of coffee in the morning without paying four dollars for a small cup it’s all à la cart. Staff were very good.」
