"Our room was perfect/comfortable for a 6 night stay. Bedding was firm, the siting area and desk were much appreciated, and the bathroom is spacious although a walk in shower would have been preferred. Breakfast was always a treat. The options were fresh, hot and plentiful. We’ve stayed at this location a few times, and it was nice to see familiar faces among the staff. All are super friendly."

"We had multiple rooms for multiple days. The AC in the room didn’t work well so we called the front desk but no one answered. The second room was ok but they did not change the bedsheets or towels nor empty the trash. I am a loyal Marriott customer and this was not the norm"

"Good size room, very clean and morover very friendly staff. I had a meeting in morning so I requested for an hr late checkout, no issues I was allowed late checkout. Just one suggestion to hotel to provide hand body lotion, not sure if they missed in my room or they do not keep it for anyone. "

"The property is original to the Killearn development so it is tired. There has not been many updates other than the kitchen and master bath. The shower in the master bath is amazingly big! The paint seemed to be DIY. The wood floors were awesome. The layout was just what we needed for our gathering. Space for games, the kids to run around, plenty of eating tables (2). The cleaning was less then we had hoped. I had to bring a leaf blower to clean off the front steps & sidewalk as well as the back porch in order not to track leaves and sand into the home. The showers, tubs and sinks could use a deep clean. The garage had stuff just tossed in there. As you can see there is a mixed bag of good and not so good. I did a brief survey of our family that stayed there and most described the home as tired. It has tons of potential if cleaned and finished. The back porch could be amazing but the idea just wasn't finished. We understand as investors you are trying to get the most out of your property financially, but there needs to be an investment made (and completed) on the front side. The Hosts, Shana & Klive were fast to respond and were gracious to allow us to check in early and check out a hour later. Thanks for that. All in all ... we would stay here again. We know what to expect and can live with that. Peace"
