"Absolutely wonderful inn to stay at (Ryokan), and our favorite stay of a two week Japan trip. It felt like an authentic Japanese experience, while still being very accessible to foreigners like us. The owners are very friendly and attentive right from when you arrive. The rooms are a traditional style with tatami floors. The rooms look out over a small creek so it is very peaceful. "Comfortable and clean family run Ryokan"

"I thought the gorilla theme was really cute and liked the shared space dorm feeling. Some guests were cheerful and not especially quiet but once it got late it was quiet and we slept well. It actually felt festive and pleasant. The bath facilities were clean. There could have been more garbage bins as they got full quickly and it became difficult to separate. The space had a good feeling and it was comfortable to sleep on futons even as a family. There's not much privacy so it might not be great...

"Not only was the property clean, easy to locate, walkable and quiet but the lady who runs the hotel is an absolute sweetheart. The breakfast she made us was better than a lot of the food I was eating at restaurants. I would recommend this stay to anyone. "

"This place is a hidden gem. It is perfect for one or two travellers as the rooms are small but wide enough. The common space offers everything necessary for a good stay (fridge, water, kitchen, 300 yen washing machine, microwave...). Well located near green line and has a 7Eleven at 50 meters. Two rooms only so the common space is well enough. I highly recommand this accommodation."

"サイトとの連携がうまく取れていなかったものの、スタッフの方が早急に対応してくださり、快適に滞在する事が出来ました。シャワーブースに広さはありませんが、シャンプー等にこだわりが感じられました。 古民家感のある室内で、天井も高く、畳のためとても過ごしやすかったです。 朝食は洋食をお願いしましたが、こちらもカフェらしい一工夫があり、美味しくいただきました。 普段はホテルを良く利用しますが、こういった趣の滞在も、精神的にゆっくりでき良いものだなと感じました。 次回も堺に訪れる際には滞在したいと思います。 ありがとうございました。"
