Its a good location to go in walks from, I saw lots of the famous terraced fields. Room was clean and nice, good service and communication from the hosts. 250k VND to go to Sapa town, but the countryside is better than the town"

"The view from our room was spectacular. Walkable to city center. Didn’t like that they allowed smoking in the balcony so we didn’t get to go out at the balcony and enjoy mountain air that much. Our neighbor smoked all day. Also staff at the reception were all over the place talking in loud voices didn’t seem like a 5 star hotel staff would do. "

"A truly first class fantastic experience at this property. Excellent service from the front desk to the restaurants to the service staff all throughout. Extremely prim and proper and well trained in the art of service culture. Surprisingly, this is an independent hotel not under any franchise but it might as well be! The standards were that good! Just walking distance to the Sapa Station where you can start your journey up the mountain of fansipan via cable car. Great experience!"
