Had a fantastic stay at KK Sapa. The room was very spacious and clean, with a nice view of the mountains. The breakfast was plentiful and all the extras (umbrellas, storing luggage, spa discount, shortcut to town) really makes this a great value hotel!

Quiet area but not far away from town. Not a whole lots of food options nearby so you will need to go into town for food. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. We arrived super early on train and room wasn’t ready but they let us use the lounge area to rest up before we head to town. Booked the valley view room and the view was spectacular. Room is spacious and clean. The indoor heated was a plus since it’s cold in December. Thank you to front desk staff Linh for arranging the lovely anniversary room decoration and cake. We felt so special and loved.

Good location, extremely convenient. A short walking distant from the city centre. Need to go for breakfast early as there were many many tour groups and you will find it difficult to get a table if you are late.

Hôtel is clean. It’s a bit away from the loud area - about 10 min walking distance. Facilities are just as seen in the picture. Good spa and gym. Very good breakfast- but very busy especially when they open in am. The best part about the hotel is gorgeous view of Fansipan mountain and Sapa. Would stay again

When it is sunny the view is amazing. The fact you can take the elevator to the 15 floor and get off on the street up there. Saves you a very long time.It is across the street from a great little restaurant called still. The sapa breakfast as an amazing selection and best of all, it has the best morning coffee in Vietnam so far
