Room good location good but helpful friendly staff made it better especially Lily who made. the scrumptious breakfasts. Highly recommend this stay in the old quarter

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great location. Quiet room. Staff were very attentive and super accommodating. Breakfast was delicious. Massage at the O’Spa was the best I’d had in Vietnam. Jolene at the booking counter was so amazing. She lined up a tour that was great and helped us find a private car to our next destination. Highly recommend this hotel.

Feels and looks clean, nice fluffy pillows, everyday our room gets tidied, very nice aesthetics inside the room and despite not having windows it did not feel cramped, it was spacious for 2 adults and 1 child wirh 2 bug luggages. Gym was small but has adequate equipment to do a decent workout. All staff were attentive. Breakfast has small but great selection. Location is excellent for looking around old quarter.

Staff super friendly and the hotel is located in a great spot close to everything in the Old Quarter. Rooms were clean and had a decent amount of space. Pool and rooftop bar were a real plus.

Great support and room were clean breakfast was really good with a lot of selection. Choose inside rooms as the outside were smoking from shrine burning next store almost daily
