「Bed had some type of insects or tiks that left bite marks on my legs. Asked for a refund but was denied because I booked through 3rd party (exoedia). Ended booking a different hotel for the night.」

「They do not serve breakfast like stated on the site. And the manager is a very rude lady. I have never been yelled and cussed at the way she came at me over my children having their drinks at the pool. Which I don’t see the sign and I made them throw them away when asked. But the manager came out cussing and yelling in my face in front of my kids and scared them so bad. Would not recommend staying here」

「Ashmore use to be a decent place to stay even though it needs upgraded and price was good now they got bought out it's more run down needs updated really bad the bath tub never stopped running water it leaked the whole time bath tub stained didn't have key card they were out had to wait hours before they got them. Really sad i like the place but when you can stay somewhere a lot nicer for the same price it's a no brainer.」

「Front desk service was good. Carpet could have been cleaned better in room. Had stains and spills by trash. Pool area didnt have towels. Lots and lots of water in the walk way to pool due to no towels. Same breakfast for 2 morning back to back.」

「The sheets on the bed were not clean when we checked in. The drain pipe on the bathroom sink fell off but they very quickly fixed it. The toilet was broken so we had to turn the water supply off and on so we didn’t have to listen to the toilet run nonstop. The balcony was COVERED in spiderwebs which made sitting on the balcony a bit cringy. The staff was AMAZING and accommodating.」

「Staff was very friendly. Room was ok. Walls were dirty next to the bed. Bathroom for the most part was clean although the floor was a bit dirty. Bed was clean and nicely made. 」

「Hotel was quiet, lobby was nice, clean and organized. Checking in and out was fast and easy. Front desk receptionist was friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and clean (I booked a suite, BTW). AC worked well. Bed was comfy with plenty of pillows. Bathroom was clean, bath towels were bright white. I had to leave early, therefore, didn't try its breakfast. Would definitely stay here again. 」

「The water at the bathroom faucet had very low pressure and the shower body wash bottle was empty.」

「Arriving,staff was very helpful,respectful,the area and room was very well maintained. Breakfast was on point with all serving pans and containers of food holders were clean as well. Was not able to use pool area but did go look and It was well stocked and pool was very well light and clear if debrie. Came home and sent family info for there next stay at this location.」
