The interior is a little dated and things like the top of the fridge were in need of some serious deep cleaning. Location was great!

Ratings were much better than reality for this condo. For the price we paid, we got a very outdated condo with moldy shower ceilings, original microwave from 1970’s, dirty, spotty carpets, really old and yucky floor mats, and refrigerator that while at lowest temp, froze all our foods to some degree. The beds were comfortable and sheets and towels were clean. But the blankets…Was quite disappointed.

Great Location

My wife and I stayed for 5 lovely summer nights and over all enjoyed our stay. Nice shaded deck, accommodations were as advertised and we enjoyed a comfortable visit. Only minor frustration was not being able to watch tv, no instructions on how get signal. A guy came out to get it going while we were out enjoying the surroundings and succeeded but again, never left instructions for us to operate and the first button pushed lost the signal. Pretty clean place but carpeting needs a good wash.

Heat get away

Left the sweltering Florida heat to go to this mountain get away and did not disappoint. Perfect location with plenty of things to do around north lake. Location was as described. Comfortable and everything we needed. A little throw back to the 70’s in decor but worked for us😊

Great stay close to Tahoe City

Thisa condo was perfect for a long ski weekend. It was spacious and had everything our family of 4 needed. Five minutes to Tahoe City and easy drive to ski resorts.

Convenient Location

The condo was functional and had the basics for a stay in Tahoe City. On the plus side, it was close to town and many fun activities and things to do outdoors. It's extremely dated, however, and could use a deep cleaning. We pulled out a fan to use as it was rather hot and the fan was covered in thick dust, which was gross. We also found a dish that had something caked on it. Initially, the TV didn't work properly either, although after multiple messages exchanged with the property management company, it was finally resolved after a couple of days. The condo complex itself seemed nice.

All you need to ski

This house had everything we needed. I loved the stocked fire especially and how convenient it was to the slopes.

Great Crash Pad

The place is in desperate need of a remodel, but the beds are comfortable and it is really well stocked with things you don't often find like tin foil and plastic wrap. Extra towels were helpful too.

Bbq was missing

Outdated in a fun way. I spoke with property manager when I booked the condo and they assured me that there was a bbq, we showed up for our first night and There was NO bbq! Called the next day and they said regulations had changed and they would bring us a gas grill, we would have appreciated a phone call ahead of time so we could have planned accordingly and not had to have sandwiches the First night instead of bbq chicken. The kids asked if we were having a snack when served a sandwich for dinner. Also, half the patio is covered with the wood pile and thus unusable. Would have been nice to sit out there. Oh well. Other than that, the place was clean and we enjoyed our stay.

Great house in great location.

Great house, with everything we needed for a family of four for a long weekend ski trip. Everything worked very well. Location was unbeatable. 5 min Tahoe City dining options. Would recommend and use again in the future for a winter or summer vacation.

Great location, very cozy

The property management company was very helpful and their office is very close to the condo to pick up and drop off the keys. There is easy parking right in front. The unit was very clean and comfortable and had a very nice assortment of helpful things in the kitchen in addition to coffee grinds (salt, pepper, oil, tea, sugar, etc). The main floor is the living space and kitchen and dining table, with a ladder up to the loft space (which we didn't even go up to), and downstairs is the bathroom, two bedrooms and the laundry. It''s not fancy but was very comfortable, warm and convenient to the wedding we were attending ath the Resort at Squaw Creek. Thanks so much!

Lots of space and everything you need

Our family of four made a quick trip to Lake Tahoe and stayed in the very spacious condo. Walking/bike path across the street to almost anywhere in the area.
