「The host was very communicative up to the reservation, the front desk was very helpful and check in was smooth and the property is amazing.」

「The property was impeccably clean. New state-of-the-art appliances. Nice furnishings. Comfortable beds. Great location near pool, hot tub and tennis/pickleball courts. Parking right in from of the unit for two cars, and additional parking just behind is a big plusThe only drawback was that the common (living room) has limited seating. There is a nice deck with a big dining table, but that would not be ideal in cold weather.」

「Our stay was great! The room is a basic hotel room. It did have a mini fridge which was not listed on the amenities but was great because we were traveling with a baby. The room provided great views of the putting green/golf course and mountains. Only downfall of the room was it was a “connecting” room and unfortunately the people who stayed next to us were extremely loud/yelling during late hours of the night and early morning. Other than that the property is beautiful and every staff member is...

「Thanks, we had a great stay.」

「The condo was very clean, secure, had lots of natural light, well stocked for a short or long stay, and close to everything. I would definitely stay there again.」

「What went well: Closer to Kings Beach, surrounded by trees, ample car parking space, nice pool, and clubhouse. The kitchen was good. What needs improvement: The property is not up to the mark for the price paid. I have stayed in other places that were even better for 3/4 of the price I paid here. Very congested studio room. 1 bunk bed, and it was suffocating. The couch in the living room was not comfortable at all; it kept moving and caused discomfort. When I entered the house, it was too cold,...

「Very comfy, cozy, loved it. 」

「It was our 45th anniversary and we came up from San Jose for a nice getaway. Our 3 night stay in May was so nice! Riley answered all our texts or any questions we had.We spent time in Truckee, Tahoe City, South Tahoe and Kings Beach. Did a lot of shopping. Breakfast at Cornerstone Bakery Cafe in Truckee which was delicious. We had a sweet stop at the Log Cabin Ice Cream shop in Kings Beach. We ate a lot at the condo because it was so well set up and relaxing. I think anyone would be happy with...

「Great location. First floor condo 3-minute walk to Northstar Village. Brand new walking & biking trail another 2-3 minute walk from this condo.」

「Didn’t know on the listing that it was a shared cabin. Also right when I pulled up to the house the designated parking space for guests had a tree stump in the middle of it with no cone. I didn’t realize it until it was too late and I scraped the whole undercarriage of my brand new car. The hot tub wasn’t very private, neighbors could see you from the outside, so I ended up not using it. Other than that I thought the inside was super clean and tidy, fully renovated. 」
