"I have a family of 6 I booked for 2 nights stay and could not get access to the room we suppose to check in at 4pm The owner cannot be reach we called many times but no luck and its really frustrating even the customer service tried to contact him too but no response !!! I choose to booked that place because its close to the airport my sister have a flight july 18 at 4 am in the morning . And we had to find another place to stay , hopefully i will get my money back ."

"Unit was clean and ready had to go thru a lot to use the pool, there is no parking near the unit. Water lines on shower leak real bad. Had to keep contact to owner to get Netflix to work. "
