"Property is dated. No ref, small room, but comfortable. Laundry on site. Restaurant near by. Think 1960 but clean and staff is really special. Am planning on staying there again in June "

"Affordable, fun and full of original artwork. We had issues with aircon and hot water. Bring your own electric fan. Nice breakfast. "

"The Front Desk staff were very efficient and helpful especillay Shenna and Joni. Breakfast was unexpectedly pinoy cuisine with longganisa, sunny side up eggs, bite-size tortang talong with fried rice. I highly recommend Microtel Davao. Just a note: if ypu did not have a full bath towel in your room notify front desk. They thought I swiped their towel haha"

"Elements of cheap choice evident. The mirror on the wall was heavily distorted. Just pay the money for a correct mirror. Location isn't close to any mall. "

"It’s not around commercial area, it’s in the neighborhood that is not very upkeep and definitely not worth the rate. The stuffs are very friendly though. "

"Clean, well kept Hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff, which is normal in the Philippines. The hotel is in a park, and about 10-15 minutes out of town, and really nothing within walking distance."

"Location great, near Mall, challenging to find, little side street which looks like a driveway. Reception need to identify bathroom light switch hidden behind a cover, if arriving at night it's hard to find"

"What i like most is it's just a 10 minutes walk going to Bankerohan Market where you can eat and buy fruits from the locals that is much cheaper than buying from somewhere else in davao city"

"Non ho soggiornato nella struttura xkè appena sono arrivato il personale delle pulizie hanno rubato il telefono della mia compagna ho dovuto chiamare la polizia e quasi quasi ero io quello che aveva torto sono disgustato da come sono stato trattato in generale sia dal personale della struttura che dalle forze dell’ordine. Mai più in questa struttura e mi meraviglio come voi avete un accordo con questa gente !"

"Our stay is not so good. My pee is more than the water thats going out of the shower. There's no internet. Since their tv box gets connection on wifi, there's also no tv. I would say, you get what you paid for. "
