Not what I expected. This house is rented rooms. The kitchen, dining room, living room and bathrooms are shared. There was nothing in the description about this. We thought we would have two rooms. We got one. I would suggest messaging the host to let her know how many rooms you need. The host was quick in offering a blow up mattress in the shared area. My son ended up staying with family. The room was clean, quite and the memory foam bed was comfortable. The room had a small fridge and microwave. The host provides breakfast if needed and offered to do laundry. The location is excellent. It worked for what I needed.

Check-in was delayed by 2 hours with no warning. The whole house smelled like cigarette smoke when it was advertised that it was a non smoking house. It could be that the other guests were smoking inside because the patio that was supposed to available was full of trash. The 1st morning there was no toilet paper on the roll and no spare rolls in the bathroom. Not a good way to start the stay. I was given a bath towel and a bath mat but no hand towel or wash cloth. Other than that, (with air fresheners) the room was nice and the host did respond to the toilet paper situation quickly.
This is the patio that was overgrown and full of trash.
