"My stay at Summit Hotel Tacloban City was a mixed bag. On the cleanliness side, I'd rate it 3 stars — the hotel needs to step up its housekeeping standards overall, as several areas could have been noticeably cleaner during my visit. "2 huge cockroaches in our condo! Dusty! Their ad stated kitchenette but what kitchenette?! Not one solitary spoon! All this kitchenette had was a sink! no microwave, not even a kettle to boil water!! Their staff person entered my condo without permission, not even a knock!!! Good thing I wasn't naked coming out of the bathroom!!! Will NOT RECOMMEND this ZPad Residence to my enemy!!!"
