The room was tidy, clean, and well presented on arrival, which we really appreciated. The temperature in the room was also very comfortable, creating a nice environment to relax in after a long day. However, we did expect the coffee mugs to be changed or refreshed during the stay, which didn’t happen. Also, the bedding was not ideal — only a duvet was provided, and during the night it became too warm, with no lighter blanket or sheet available as an alternative. On a very positive note, the reception staff were outstanding. They were always available, friendly, and genuinely willing to help, which made a big difference to our overall experience. Overall, a pleasant stay with great service at reception, but a few small improvements to room details and bedding would make it even better.

Stunning hotel, immaculately clean. Great location. Staff were super helpful and went above and beyond. Breakfast was really good quality with lots of choice. Rooms were beautiful with everything you could wish for. Lots of cute little touches which made the stay even more enjoyable. Will deffo be returning

The room was nice, we had a balcony looking out to the city which was a nice bonus but did not get much use in winter. The hotel is well connected via metro to the city but is also walkable.

The staff were very friendly and courteous. The rooms were alright but the beds a bit uncomfortable
