「Room very clean easy to get to centre 」

「Excellent stay here and always quality rooms and service. Left an item behind and they were helped send the item back to me in the post. Thank you so much and look forward to staying with you again 」

「多くを求めない前提ですが、素泊まりの良い滞在ができました。素敵な部屋とまでは言えませんが、小さい規模の簡易ホテル的で従業員はできる範囲のサービスを提供しているくらいですが悪い印象は受けませんでした。駐車場が必要というと, 1ポンドで48時間のパーキングチケットを買って来てくれました。建物は古く、立派でもないですが、そのつもりで泊まるなら値段は安くいい選択だと思いました。いわゆる一般的ホテルのフロントらしきところはありません。鍵は二つ,玄関用と部屋用です。いつも誰か迎えてくれるわけではありません。サッカーのレスターのチームの試合を見にここから歩いて行きました。20分くらいです。」

「Paul met us on arrival. Explained everything clearly. Very helpful and friendly. Dirty around property meaning on the main path outside property burst and rotten and smelly rubbish all along path guessing the council bin men have had strike action and council not quick enough to clean area up thoroughly.」

「Welcomed in nicely car parking very tight Food in restaurant outstanding - superb taste and good value Room excellent - better than last time I stayed -chose a better room ! On the negative then someone else parked selfishly in the carpark making it extremely precarious to get out - should have been stopped and was charged at dinner for something i didn't have - only noticed today 」
