The property was very reasonably priced for this weekend as nearby hotels were very expensive due to it being graduation weekend at University of Nottingham. The owner was friendly and cooked an excellent breakfast which was included . It served its purpose for the one night stay .

A lovely homely property,great host and immaculately clean. Comfortable bed and Great breakfast. within easy walking distance to the train station with 4 trains and hour into Nottingham. Can highly recommend.

Great stay

We stayed for two nights the hotel was clean and the breakfast was cooked to order. The gentleman who served us was king and very polite. If I was coming back to Nottingham I would definitely stay again.

Short and Comfortable.

I had to check in at midnight and was nervous there wouldn't be any service available but I was received well regardless of the inconvenient hours. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was very warm and professional.

One Night Stay

The hotel was in the perfect location for the rail station, which was the reason for booking. The hotel was adequate in regards to their facilities, and the owner was very friendly, which is always a plus. The room was small, but fine for an overnight stay. It was a little bit musty in smell, though probably just needed airing a little bit more. Breakfast was reasonable and I was accommodated for allergies and preference.

Good location, just a short walk from Beeston Station. Building is old and a little run down outside, but is well maintained inside. Stairs were a bit steep (no lift). Room was small but fine for one person and was clean and well equipped. Breakfast was excellent. Very good value overall

A good value hotel

The hotel was clean and tidy and the proprieter welcoming and friendly. Excellent value, the only issue was that the attic room was stupidly hot. The hotel did provide a fan though and they can't help the weather. Breakfast was decent too. Thank you
