"We had a wonderful stay! Lindsay was so kind to help us get to and from our destination. The pod itself was super clean, and set up for Valentine’s Day which was a beautiful little extra touch. "We stayed in the Lavender Cottage for two nights on a weekend away. The cottage is situated at a short distance from the Southwell Minster and village shops. Southwell itself is quite a compact and cute little village. The cottage is really well presented, clean and well equipped. "A great little cottage with plenty of amenities, however disappointed to only have 2 wine glasses and 4 mugs for a group of 6 ladies, who all love wine and all love tea, which made it very challenging and annoying. Would recommend for anybody looking to venture to sherwood forest area, as very close to sherwood forest visitor centre. a great Italian restaurant in the village too, 100 yards from the cottage, which was lovely. all in all a great cottage and wouldnt hesitate to stay here again."
