What a lovely comfortable stay. Nice beds , pillows and duvet and in a beautiful house. Tea and coffee and a bottle of water on arrival. Could have had breakfast but didn't. There's a pub down the road. Will definitely stay again and go for walks around the area

Great place to stay

Clean, friendly has those little extras, great service and lovely breakfast. In a great location for access to Donington Park not far from some good pubs with restaurants.

Very welcoming and informative host and in a beautiful location. Room was very comfortable and clean. Well located for Donington Park racing - 10 minute drive.

Came to stay for one last decent sleep before download festival and it didnt disappoint. Beautiful scenery overlooking the canal, the owners were very friendly, breakfast delicious and the room was so cute! Will be returning again next year

Almost perfect!

Pretty solid B&B. Friendly and welcoming host. Clean and comfortable. Lovely location, just a shame it was in the middle of a storm so couldn’t appreciate the area. Was upgraded to a slightly bigger room. Only real downsides for me is there was no desk or chair to work at and was asked to check out half an hour earlier than the booking stated. I would return, but would also appreciate a veggie/vegan breakfast being offered.

Stayed here a few times in the past as its location is fab for exploring the area, Donnington Park circuit or as a stopover. The new owners have made a great deal of improvements and the rooms are lovely , comfortable clean and the bathrooms fantastic, highly recommended. Great breakfast and welcoming hosts .
