The vacation home is located on a beautiful shared property and can accommodate a group of friends or two families. The living space is divided into 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room with kitchen and an open loft. The interior is cozy with many wooden elements.



In the summer months, the shared outdoor pool offers pleasant cooling on hot days. For children, entertainment is provided with outdoor games, trampoline, slide and table tennis. After a long day of vacation you can end the evening with a glass of wine on the open terrace of the house.



After a few kilometers you will reach the sandy beaches and the sea, where you can take long walks and swim in the sea. The city of Syracuse can be reached after 6 km. Here you can expect many sights such as the ancient Greek theater, the cathedral and beautiful piazzas and museums.
