「Hotel staff were very good. First room smelled of smoke. Second room had a door lock that didn't work that they were going to fix but that wasn't fixed, so the hotel staff let us in and out of roof. Also, coffee maker was broken. Beautiful lobby, but the hotel rooms need some work.」

「Ari at the reception desk was 5 STARS! I talked to her by phone, probably 6 months ahead of our arrival, as I had plenty of questions regarding the location, and our planned attendance of the Ryder Cup in NY.
She was spot on then, and made it a point to introduce herself upon our arrival.
Also, our bartender in the restaurant was extremely helpful with recommendations and service.
The food was also great, as we had dinner there twice.」
