This hotel is walking distance to lots of shops, businesses, and restaurants. It was a perfect (and more economical) alternative to Banff. Just a short drive into Banff and we never had trouble finding parking at either location.

The tiled kitchen/lounge floor was dirty The general decor was well used and past its best. The complete absence of staff meant the issues we had had to be dealt with phone and email and was unsuccessful and the issues were never resolved. We wasted to much of our valuable time waiting for someone to fix the door access The place was soulless
