The tap wasn’t mounted to the basin so had to hold the root part to open the tap while using the water.

ウェルカムのお菓子・オレンジジュースがセロハンに包んで置いてあり感動した。 部屋に丈夫で大きな紙コップが備えられていて重宝した。 トイレの床がフローリングで清潔感があった。バスルームも機能的であったが、着替えをするスペースがないので友人同士だと使いにくいかもしれない。お湯の量・温度とも満足できた。

一階に自販機がありましたが、使えず隣のコンビニを案内されました。電子レンジもありました。 部屋の清潔さは問題ありませんでした。シャワールームの地面四隅が黒くカビていました。荷物を広げると狭かったですが、寝泊まりだけなら問題なしです。

THIS HOTEL IS SHOCKING AND THEY DON'T HAVE 24 HOUR RECEPTION – SO IF ONE NEEDS ACCOMMODATION OUTSIDE THEIR TRADING HOURS IT ISN’T POSSIBLE!! THE GUEST WILL HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL THE FOLLOWING DAY / AFTERNOON!!! 1. UPON ARRIVAL THE FIRST IMPRESSION OF THE RECEPTION AREA WAS THAT OF A PRISON RECEIVING BAY WE SEE IN MOVIES. THE RECEPTION WALLS HAD SOME SORT OF GRAFFITI-LIKE PAINTING, THE LIGHTING WAS FLURO & VERY BLEAK, THE COLOUR SCHEME WAS POSITIVELY MOROSE. I ACTUALLY FEEL SORRY FOR THE STAFF WHO HAVE TO WORK THERE EVERY DAY!!! 2. THE DIRTY FLOORS, WALLS, ELEVATORS & EVERYWHERE YOU CAN IMAGINE ARE UNFORGETTABLE!!! 3. THE LIFTS ARE SO OLD THAT THE SILVER COVERING ADHESIVE HAD ACTUALLY BEEN PEELED OFF THE LIFT DOORS!! I HAVE NEVER SEEN SILVER ADHESIVE LIKE THIS BEFORE ON ANY LIFT!! 4. THE GROSS, DISGUSTING SMELL THAT GREETED ME AS SOON AS THE LIFT DOORS OPENED TO THE FLOOR OF THE ROOM I WAS INITIALLY BOOKED INTO WAS SOMETHING LIKE OLD URINE, VOMIT & DIRT – ABSOLUTELY NO VENTILATION ALSO 5. THE HOUSE KEEPING STAFF WERE BUSILY CHANGING ROOMS & I ACTUALLY HAD TO REQUEST SOME ROOM DEODORISER FOR THE HALLWAY& GENERAL AREAS GOING TO THE ROOM!! I’VE NEVER NEEDED TO DO THIS AT ANY HOTEL I’VE STAYED AT – IT WAS A TRULY, PUTRID UNFORGETTABLE POTENT SMELL!!! 6. THE HOUSE KEEPING STAFF WERE VERY POLITE & CARING – ONE OF THEM EVEN APOLOGISED AND IMMEDIATELY GOT A DEODORISER (SHE SAID) FROM RECEPTION – APPARENTLY THEY DON’T GIVE THESE TO HOUSE KEEPING – HOW INSANE IS THAT!!! Although the hotel was close to qudos bank we were disappointed with the cleanliness and general standard. We only had one towel in the room for 3 people. No top sheets on the bunk beds with blankets that we suspect aren’t washed between stays. Totally understand it’s a budget hotel, however budget doesn’t mean not having basic necessities tor the room. Wont be staying there again I am afraid.

Room needed renovating. Ceiling in bathroom coming down, basin cracked, mouldy shower curtain and grout in bathroom. Cracks in walls. Bed was comfortable, bed linen and towels fine.

I was very disappointed when checking in to be told that the parking, one of the reasons we booked there, was not available and an alternative arrangement round the corner would cost us a further $35. I went online later to see the same room on offer for $65 dollars less. The window blind was tatty and ripped and the sink was cracked in the room.

Room was filled with beds I did order. I ordered a double bed room. It had additional bunk beds in it. The double bed was broken. The tv remote was missing. I paid for breakfast for the mornings I was there and the was basically a toaster there. The had a coffee machine but no one there to make coffee

Fantastic location, easy walk to either Accor Stadium or Qudos Bank Arena. Also close to bars and restaurants, as well as fast food outlets. Parking available at hotel but you must contact the hotel prior to arriving to arrange that, otherwise precinct parking is available close to stadiums. Basic and comfortable air conditioned room, no safe, separate bathroom. Room has hanging spaces, small desk/chair area, tea & coffee provided. We’d be happy to stay there again in the future.

I was very happy with accommodation and staff. Have been to 1 other budget ibis and was very differant so i was pleasantly surprised. Thank you would stay here again if service remains the same. As there are always concerts at qudos that we come to.

Kind of cramped quarters, but not an unfair deal for the price, especially in Sydney. Accommodations in Sydney are difficult at best, and while this place is no 5 star experience, it's perfectly adequate as a crash pad and included a refrigerator. I didn't come across anything I would call a show stopper or a major problem, and the staff was pretty good about helping out with a minor problem that appeared--the card programmer leading to no availability of door keys for a time--but the staff helped folks out with that. Ran them ragged I'm afraid, hope they got it sorted.

The hotel is terrible. We asked for the bed linen and towels to be changed twice and they didn't do it. There weren't many options for breakfast, just bread, jam, butter and cereal, for a breakfast that was PAID for, the experience was not pleasant. The room we asked for for 4 people was very cramped, it should have accommodated a maximum of 2 people, the bathroom was very small, there was no door separating it from the beds. I don't recommend it and I wouldn't stay there again. TERRIBLE!

Very good value for the money. Beds were very comfortable. Room was small but had everything you needed. Could do with a fresh coat of paint around the walls but i would definitely stay here again.

Terrible Stay
In our first room our air conditioner rained like a tap saturating the carpet. We were moved to a second room where the air conditioner was on hot when we entered the room and would only slightly cool. Also the power went off twice in the 12 hours we were there! A fuse had to be reset each time. The room was not fresh and was very smelly with no windows for fresh air! However, the staff were pleasant and helpful. How sad for them to work in this unmaintained environment, having to deal with housekeeping issues and such basic maintenance problems. Also, how sad is it that we welcome overseas visitors to this third world environment in our premier entertainment precinct in Sydney! If I visited, I would never return. Infact, I am local and I will never return! Shame on you Ibis Budget for letting us all down!
