"Room is ok. Staff not helpful. The support team did nit give any advice. We checked in online a day before as per the email required. We were tild that the key info will be forwarded on the check in day. On the day itself we enquire about the key info and was told that we have to submit our details again. All in we submitted 3 times and still did not get any key info. We arrived at the location and waited in the cold from 3pm to 5pm then receive the key info to enter. "

The owner was kind enough to let us leave our luggage at the house earlier than check in time so we can start exploring the area.
