「The accommodations were fine and access to the property was easy. It’s located some distance to restaurants and grocery shopping, but not an inconvenience. One issue we did have was access to the dock. We were lead to believe that it was a part of the property itself even though it was across from a somewhat busy road. We only learned of not having access to it only upon reading rules of the house. Fortunately, we didn’t need the dock, but it would have been nice to see the bay close up.」

「We stayed here for a couple of days during a road trip and had a great experience! Perfect location to walk to downtown Traverse City. Clean and had everything we needed. The kids loved staying in the bunk beds and the washer/dryer was a huge bonus! We would stay here again. 」

「We had a great stay and would absolutely recommend this house, especially for families traveling with kids and pets.The location was fantastic—about 20 minutes from downtown Traverse City, 40 minutes from Sleeping Bear Dunes, and only 15 minutes from Costco and Meijer. It was easy to get just about anywhere we wanted to go while still coming back to a very quiet neighborhood.The house was exactly as described and perfectly clean when we arrived. The kitchen was laid out nicely, the grill worked...
