"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Willo Hotel. I love the atmosphere, the location, the staff that was so inviting, helpful, and provided great service. I love the complimentary coffee which was truly refreshing and also the other guest was great. The room service and hospitality truly was a 10/10. I would stay again from the window view I had, the clean clean room, to the comfortable sleep for a great night, the rooftop lounging, and overall the experience. I would recommend this hotel over again. Thanks,"

"The property was clean and well maintained but the morning tea and coffee in the lobby was there for a very limited time. We had the room with two queen beds facing the back of the property, the beds were very comfortable but we only had views other buildings or hotels that were very close. The hotel is well located close to Chinatown Stadium station so gives you access to the metro."
