The room and washroom were clean. The only thing that needs improvement is the toilet tissue, as the quality was quite low. Also, during dinner time, a very strong food smell from the kitchen was noticeable in the area. Parking space available. Wifi was good.

Avoid, this is a residential property, this is not a B&B, it is home to Chinese workers, Walls are paper thin, one bathroom is shared with 6 rooms. Workers were making breakfast at 05:00 could hear everything. Rooms are dirty, shower had workers personal razors and shampoo in the shower. Washer was turned on at 04:00! Chinese people own the home, talking to neighbours they are trying to stop the use of the home being used as a multiple occupancy.

The host was very pleasant and quite thorough in explaining on the nuances of the property. Other guests were quiet although I was only there the one night while visiting family. The room and other amenities were clean. There are pretty gardens throughout the property as well. Note that there is only the bottom sheet and comforter on the bed and no top sheet, in addition although there are california shutters on the lower part of the window, but the 5 am sun lights the room up in the morning - a night mask is recommended. I enjoyed my stay albeit less than 24 hrs as I was onto my next adventure.

Yard and gardens were lovely. The owner tokd us to meet him around the back, when he met us he said he wasnt sure we should bring our bags up to the room... Excuse me? What? We said we needed our pj's and change of clothes for morning, so we brought our bags in despite his hesitation. The room was not clean. The owner came in and put a flat sheet on the hideabed while my family and l all just stood there mouth agape. None of the bedding matched, l could write my name in the dust, and the floors were dirty. I wouldn't shower in that bathroom...oh and the roll of toilet paper was damp/wet. Somehow lissed in thw ad rhay thw bathroom was SHARED. My grandkids made one of us wait outside the door because they didnt feel safe. I would classify this as more of a hostel than as a B&B. Very disappointed, l think l would've preferred a tent in the garden. We didn't take photos, l wish l had...

I would recommend to go anywhere but not this place. Staff is rude and place not clean enough. They mention $3 for the laundry and take $10 for it and even after paying $10, my clothes weren’t dried in first cycle and they declined me to run another cycle for the dryer so my clothes can’t completely dry and suggested to dry it in my room somehow though there was 1 hour left for the quiet hours (usually laundry is free). They even have problem with the noise coming from sink of running water as I had to check out early in the morning around 6:00 AM and staff told me to not make any sound (though I wasn’t making any it was sink) because they(staff) can’t sleep. That was hell living there and won’t recommend any one. Honestly I don’t post any negative comments for any place but this place actually deserves it.
