"The host was still “cleaning” and vacating the property at nearly 5 pm after an agreed and stated 4:00 check in.We vacated the house as of 7:30 morning after the first night and moved to a hotel and incurred the additional expenses.The property is not up to the expectations for cleanliness that we have experienced at many other Vrbo properties. the bathrooms (showers, toilets and tubs) were not cleaned. there were used wash clothes, swim suits and towels left behind. "Highly recommend this lovely home! It was spotless, well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Beds were extremely comfortable. Excellent communication from the rental staff - very clear and easy check in and check out information. We hope to stay again! Could not have been any more perfect!!"
