I was not given the bungalow I paid for and was as far away from the main building as possible , I paid for a river view but never had it , there is no coffee facilities in the room which is a pain when you are so far from the main building and although it says wi fi this is only available in the main building , the nighttime tour was fabulous , staff friendly and accommodating , the tree houses themselves are very cute , take lots of mosquito spray though , there are nets over the beds

Great if youd like to emmerse yourself in the depths of the jungle. We seen plenty of wildlife in its natural habitat. We had a snake visit our treehouse on the first night which for us was a memorable experience as it did its own thing and didnt bother us. This being said we were well prepared mentally for any cute critters to come into the room because we did the research and knew what we were up for. Only minor downside would have been the bug net was too thick so we couldnt catch the breeze of the fan but again we knew what we were signing up for. Overall an experience we will never forget!

Very close to the jungle is an incredible experience you should not miss! The rooms are clean, the mosquito nets/coils provided by the property are invaluable. Dining options are good but not great. Staff are fantastic and very helpful.

We stayed three nights in this property. The property is located next to a river and a small mountain. Every morning, the mountain is coverd with mist, creating an amazing view. Stuff was very friendly and thoughtful. We want to specially thank the driver who spent some times to find Durian for us ( it was Durian off season)

I booked the wrong month (June 11-14, instead of July 11-14) and didn't realize it until June 18. I immediately contacted the property to ask whether they could help me in any way given the mistake, and the answer was effectively "no." It was my mistake, so that's fine, but as a short-term rental owner myself, I make every effort to help guests out when something goes wrong, even if by their own fault. There was no such effort here, so I won't be rebooking here; I'll find another place to book for the correct dates.

Autentisk eksotisk oplevelse

Vi havde skønne dage med en følelse af at befinde sig midt i jungle med lyden af cikader, eksotiske fugle, elvens rislen og aber der legede i træerne. Stedet har formået at skabe en autentisk oplevelse, hvor træhytterne man logeres i er tiny og naturlige. Opholdet er unikt og kan beskrives som en naturens luksus; man får både autentisk naturoplevelse og luksus i form af enestående eksotisk ophold, fantastisk søde personaler, mulighed for lækre måltider i restauranten, som også serverer lækker morgenmad med friske frugter mm. En super hyggelig bar med de skønneste cocktails, nuttede katte slentrer sig i loungestole i det fri og der er masser af muligheder for at komme på arrangerer udflugter som heldagstur til Chaow Lak Lake med guide som følger en ud til grotter, trekking, badning i søen, bådtur med long- tail båd, frokost og er man heldig kan man spotte de frie elefanter. Helt klart at anbefale!

Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Die Lage und Umgebung ist wunderbar und mindestens so schön wie auf den Bildern. Wir waren im Nov. 2021 gegen Ende der Regenzeit da. Dementsprechend war das Klima sehr feucht - dafür kann niemand etwas (schließlich wohnt man wortwörtlich im Regenwald in einer schlichten Bambushütte ohne Klimaanlage). Natürlich werden also auch die Klamotten/Textilien etwas "modrig" (auch das weiß man irgendwie vorher). Dass allerdings auch die Bettwäsche mehrfach fleckig war und teilweise unangenehm nach "Benzin" roch, war nicht so schön. Unsere beiden - über das Hotel gebuchten -Ausflüge waren zwar schön, allerdings dennoch ausbaufähig. Der Ganztagesausflug zum Chiao-Lan See endete 3 Stunden eher als angekündigt. Auch beim Jungle-Hike wirkte der Guide irgendwie gehetzt.

Amazing experience!

Wasn’t sure what to expect from this place and it turned out to be one of the most unforgettable holiday experience ever! Don’t expect luxury though, it’s literally a house in a jungle.
