「Are you a Hostel person? If so, you will fall in love with this place. Professionally run. This is the cleanest place I have ever stayed in, with a full kitchen. Rooms are on two levels, ground, plus first floor using stairs. Palms on Parker were able to accommodate me with the incapacity to negotiate stairs. 「This place was a pigsty both inside and outside. There is broken furniture and crap everywhere. The kitchen benchtops were all cut and damaged. It was more a mens hostel than a backpackers. The room I was given was dirty, and the toilet had been used. There were hairs in the sink and ants crawling on me in my bed. There was no blanket. I had to use the second bath towel for warmth.
