Ahoy there, beach lovers!

Welcome to our coastal paradise, where the sea breeze whispers through the pin trees and the waves wash upon the sand . And guess what? We're all about keeping it clean – no hidden fees here! Pets are welcome with a $75 service fee for each pet per each stay to be paid at time of booking. If the external security cameras identify a pet at check-in that is not pre-registered there will be a $250 charge assessed to your booking.

Nestled amidst breathtaking views of the golf course, our fully furnished condo offers a slice of coastal bliss just moments from the finest beaches around. Perfectly positioned, you'll have easy access to all the treasures of southeastern NC's coast – whether it's sinking your toes into sandy shores, teeing off at world-class golf courses, or savoring the flavors of local cuisine.

As a local family, we're passionate about ensuring you have an unforgettable experience in our coastal retreat. So kick off your flip-flops, soak up the sun, and let the rhythm of the waves carry your worries away. We're here to make your stay nothing short of spectacular!

Our property is set to host 6 guests comfortably, for additional guests up to a total of 8, there is a $20 per night per guest additional accommodation charge.

Family vacation

This was our second time staying in the Sandpiper community and were not disappointed one bit! The unit was clean, spacious and equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The location was perfectly situated just a short drive from the beach as well as to stores and resturants for some delicious Calabash style seafood. Our family can't wait to return and are hoping to snag our same unit!

Loved our stay, so sad to leave

We cried a little leaving!! The place was beautiful and the most relaxing visit we’ve had so far in NC. The place felt very clean. Beds were super comfortable!! Only tip of advice is to bring extra towels and washcloths if you shower as much as we do. We loved our stay!!!

Perfection!

The location and accommodations of this beautiful home was perfect for us on the weekend of my son's wedding. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated, and the kitchen was well stocked. The owners were pleasant and easy to work with. We enjoyed our stay!

Accommodation were very nice, location was excellent and amenities were very good. The one short coming was that when I tried to contact the host by phone I was told to communicate via text. It is my opinion as a business owner one should be personable and accommodating to their clients but that's just my opinion and the way I deal in business transactions.

Hidden details make it fall short

Overall the place is cute. Nice layout, cute screened in porch but it's in the details that it falls short. First off, super hard to find at night as the numbers on the units are not lit and super small at top of buildings. Walked in to find a few roaches running around. Also, the love seat smelled so bad like an animal had been peeing all over it. The listing had stated pet friendly and had no info about any additional fees anywhere. Once they saw my mini doodle on the camera they asked for $75 pet fee. So ridiculous, as I budgeted for the original amount. The king bed is just 2 twin mattresses next to each other as well. The cleaners aren't very thorough either. Looked under the couch to make sure we didn't forget anything and saw numerous bags of empty chips and junk behind it and a half drank water bottle behind the end table in the bedroom. Wasn't too pleased.

Gorgeous

This condo is gorgeous and one of the largest we’ve ever stayed in here in Calabash/Sunset. It has everything you need, including a Keurig and k-cups (hubby was happy)! If you’re bringing a big crew, bring extra pillows and towels, but other than that- sit back, relax and enjoy everything the condo and area have to offer!

Dirty Disappointment

The property had countless unsanitary issues, including dirty: 1. dishes and utensils and stove top 2. toilet seats 3. stained mattress pad 4. dust accumulation in all rooms on furniture 5. significant dust on ceiling fan blades 6. towels are aged and ragged 7. back porch was unkept with dirt & mulch on floor 8. condo had unpleasant odor of previous dog or dogs. We vacated the property after 1 night due to the above conditions and notified the host of our concerns. Host has been challenging to communicate with and has made it difficult for us to seek a fair and equitable resolution. We paid $526.55 for 24 hours and feel some restitution is in order! I would never rent here again!!
