"I like the option of pool for family and lap pool. Every staff memer that I saw was friendly, polite and available to assist either outdoors or indoors. Beach is clean and beach staff is attentive and friendly. Room was clean and everything worked well. My view of the beach from balcony was amazing. Restaurant food was good, I liked empanadas, salad, and sandwich. I was not a fan of the fries but they were just ok. Drinks were delicious. I liked complementary coffee station in lobby area which is opened in the morning till 10AM. It very clean and has a staff assigned to assist if needed and keep it clean. Elevators are busy and slow in the peak times but otherwise they come quick. Check-in and checkout was very fast. Valet team is super friendly and remember their customers. These guys are energetic and fast with their service. "
