"One of the most memorable hotels we stayed at on our Swedish drive trip. The hotel rooms were very quaint and the restaurant was outstanding. We had an elaborate, traditional, Swedish dinner and then in the morning a very well prepared breakfast. We stayed one night, but wished we had stayed several nights."

The manager would not do anything. This cost us thousands in extea baggage fees over our trip. Rooms were not serviced, no fresh towels or anything in 4 days, and the customee service was the worst I have ever dealt with. "
