"I am someone who never writes bad reviews; even if I feel uncomfortable, I usually just let it go. However, this time the experience was absolutely terrible. The hotel's cleanliness was appalling—the toilet was filthy, and the room door wouldn't even lock! The staff were incredibly rude and treated us like thieves! For anyone planning to stay in Penang, I strongly advise against staying at this wretched place!"

"Good comfortable deluxe twin room with sea view. Spacious. Hotel was at full capacity making it not very relaxing and had to go to breakfast early (6.30am) to avoid the crowds. very good choice for breakfast. Long queues at reception for checking in. Good restaurants on site. Clean beach."
