Another Fantastic Stay
Second visit to this property. Excellent location being close, scenic walk to Sun Peaks. Thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and amazing mountain views. Clean and modern suite. Hosts were great with excellent communication. Highly recommended. Will certainly be heading back!

Cozy hideout
This is the second time my family has returned to this suite. The host's attention to details is unparalleled, from cuddly blankets on the couch, to ski boot dryers and the amazing collection of books that my daughter fell in love with. I hope to be back again!

The communication from the owners was wonderful. Kathy and Brad's place has a delightful warm decor with high end finishes. The thought that they put into providing hospitality was immense. For example, there was a box of local chocolates on the bed, candles, a selection of teas/coffee/hot chocolate mixes. All of the utensils and appliances were high end and working well. It is a very comfortable place for a couple. Enjoyed the place and area.😊

Perfect ski vacation
Our little "nest" was the perfect accomodation for my son and me when we visited Sun Peaks. Close enough to the slopes for my son to walk and easy to drive and park for me. Our hosts were extremely attentive to our every need. When it snowed, they got up early to make sure our path and driveway were clear. They also provided coffee, tea, hot chocolate, spices and delicious chocolate candies--such a welcomed touch! Overall, a wonderful stay!!

Clean, cozy, and comfortable
The Falcon's Nest has everything you would want in a home away from home. Every detail has been considered. The suite was clean and in great shape with high quality furnishings and cookware. Brad and Kathy greeted us at the door when we arrived and then we didn't see them again (just the way we like it, as we value our privacy). We will definitely visit again.

Summer stay
My wife and I just spent the last 5 days in Sun Peaks at the Falcon's Nest. The wow factor is alive and well at the Falcon's Nest. Brad and Kathy are amazing hosts who go above and beyond. Great Getaway
Beautiful location, walking distance to the village, but far enough away to be very quiet. All the comforts of home. We did some hiking up the mountain, and enjoyed the private hot tub, with a view of the golf course and the mountains. Definitely recommend.

The whole package!!
This property is gorgeous and has everything you could possibly need for your stay. The homeowners have thought of everything and are wonderful to talk to if you have any questions. The home is in a great location and we walked everywhere we wanted to explore/shop/dine. Definitely one of our best stays!!

A hidden gem
My children could not get over how beautiful the suite was. My daughter was amazed that she was invited to take books from the private library. Nearly every desire has been anticipated - throws to cuddle with on the couch, flashlights in the nightstand, a selection of bandages in the bathroom.... We were all rolling around on the floor playing "Catchphrase." We would definitely love to stay here again.

We loved this property that was an approximate 12 minute walk or 3 minute drive to the village base. Directions for check in and access were clear and precise and Brad was very quick to respond to all of our queries both before and during our stay. The suite was a lot brighter than we expected for a walk out basement. Lots of extra amenities such as coffee, tea, set of handwarmers for the frigid day till we could grab some from the village. Lots of kitchen implements and a huge fridge that allowed us to dine in rather than go to the village in the evenings. A very private and extremely quiet rental. And the 2 person hot tub was perfect for easing the muscles after a day on the slopes. Thank you Brad and Kathy, your efforts with this place were much appreciated!

Phenomenal suite
A gem of a place to stay. Beautiful view and so nicely set-up. It was the Honeymoon Suite for my daughter and her fiance. Absolutely stunning and so well set-up.

First time using VRBO. The process was extremely easy. The hosts were excellent, in fact we didn’t even know they were there! The views from the hot tub are unbelievable. Perfect place for 2!!!
First time to Sun Peaks and now know why people come and never leave! This place was absolutely wonderful both the accommodations and resort! Brad and Kathy have everything you need to make your stay perfect (including Brad’s new frying pans 😜). Will definitely return and see what winter here is all about!!!

Perfect and above and beyond being looked after!
The place was excellent and easily worth the price. Very private, super quiet, absolutely everything we needed and then even more, like good quality coffee supplied and specialty teas. Bed was super comfy, great sleep. Hot tub was perfect with such a peaceful view. And for us meeting Brad and Kathy at our request to them, was the BEST!! Amazing couple, and we definitely now feel connected to them maybe even better then family, absolute beauty’s the two of them! And Sun Peaks, all I can say is WOW, I have travelled a lot of places in the World and there is something very special about this little ski town. Sure to satisfy the most seasoned of traveller. This place doesn’t disappoint, thx Brad and Kathy for blessing us a ton, we will be back to see you again for sure!

Great Location for Couples Getaway.
Had a great stay at Brad and Kathy’s rental. Unit is well decorated with everything you will need. Even though it is a basement suite it is well separated from the owners area and very quite. The outside temperature during our stay was in the 30’s but the inside temperature stayed cool. Brad and Kathy are excellent hosts and we would not hesitate to stay here again.

Better than expected
The hosts had thought everything through and there was just everything you could ask for. The suite came with bedding, dishes and even soap and shampoo. There was a coffee grinder and beans to make very fresh coffee. We were not sure how big a 2 person hot tub would be as we are both pretty big people but there was plenty of room. The suite was beautiful and the view of the golf course was very nice. The hosts were friendly and nice people and we would love to stay again.

Amazing suite: Owners provided gourmet chocolates, large selection of hot chocolate & teas, fresh coffee beans with grinder and milk frother. 2 person hot tub and towel warmer were also a nice treat. Lots of clean towels, etc. Floors are finished concrete with in-floor heating. Appliances and finishes are high end. BBQ and ski lockers outside your door. We chatted with the owner daily and they were very attentive to our needs. This was one of the best vacation rental experiences we’ve ever had.

Relaxing get-away
This VRBO find is amazing! Very quiet, scenic location. The unit is equipped with everything you could need. Lots of extra little touches, like coffe beans, Rocky Mountain chocolates on the bed etc. Brad and Kathy were super hospitable and even let us have some golf balls….very much appreciated! We will definetely return for ski season.

The reviews aren’t fake news!
I read several of the reviews before booking and all of them are true! These hosts are very hospitable from a warm greeting to stocking the suite with amenities and extras! They have put so much thought into what their guests might need and what would make their experience even better! Sitting out in the hot tub overlooking the ski hills was a real treat and the location is 5 min from the village. We will definitely be back!

Cozy Ski Retreat
We had a great time skiing, and to be able to come back to this lovely suite was a delight. The bathroom and bedroom were a great size, with a lovely large closet. We loved the in floor heating, and hot tub on those cold days was a real treat. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils, pots and pans and dishes, there was coffee, tea, hot chocolate, sugar and salt and pepper in good supply. We were cozy watching TV in snuggly soft blankets. Brad and Kathy took all the Covid precautions so we felt safe in our stay. They also gave us lots of great suggestions for skiing and other activities. We hope to come back again.

Very peaceful setting with lots of trails near by. Great location with a quick walk to the village. Suite has everything you need. Falcons Nest exceeded all our expectations. This is the most well-equipped, comfortable and impeccable VRBO homes we’ve ever stayed at. Brad and Kathy have all the practical and thoughtful touches here: privacy, hot tub, BBQ, comfy bed, quality linens and furnishings, cozy fireplace, towel warmer in bathroom, laundry, seasonings/spices plus everything you need to make full meals at home. The mountain and golf course view is gorgeous, and the walking trail to the village takes only 10 minutes or so. Great peaceful location. We thoroughly enjoyed it and highly recommend them as wonderful hosts with a beautiful home.

A wonderful getaway at Sunpeaks
The place we stayed at was excellent. I have ventured up to Sunpeaks on numerous occasions, staying in the village. I elected to change it up this year and found this residence on VRBO. WhaT a great decision! The hosts were friendly, accommodating and thoughtful prepared the unit with personal touches. The place had everything we needed plus more. Loved the quiet surroundings with views on the mountain and golf course. Having a hot tub right outside the place was the icing on the cake. Look forward to returning.

Magical romantic getaway for two!

We had a very comfortable stay at Falcon’s Nest and Brad and Kathy were great hosts. Everything one could want was provided down to fresh coffee beans and hot chocolate and assorted teas and an assortment of spices for those who like to cook. The kitchen is well equipped and we made use of the crockpot so we had hot chili waiting after a day on the slopes. The hot tub was also a very nice treat! We look forward to another stay on our return to SunPeaks.
