UNIT
This 2 bedroom plus flex-room (den) townhouse is ski-in, ski-out to the Morrisey and Orient Express Chairlifts, with a short walk to the village. It features two bedrooms both with ensuite bathrooms and queen beds as well as a large flex-room (den) with a double over queen bunk and a sectional sofa. The unit includes a full kitchen, washer/dryer, 3.5 baths, gas fireplace, Smart TVs/DVD/PS4, complimentary Wireless Internet Access, and a private hot tub and BBQ. The dining room table can seat up to 6 and the breakfast bar comes with 4 stools. It is 1500 sq. ft and can sleep a maximum of 6 people.

PARKING
This unit comes with 1 parking spot in private garage. Parallel parking only in front of garage, as close to garage as possible.
Overflow paid parking is available at P5.

Additional summer activities include alpine yoga, canoe & kayak rentals, cross country biking and tours, fly fishing, horse drawn carriage rides, horseback trail riding, trail running, canoe tours, and much more.

KID FRIENDLY SUN PEAKS
If you have children we have many kid friendly activities in the summer such as a community playground & outdoor games area, and bungee trampolines, and weekly kids activities. For the winter, Sun Peaks offers bungee trampolines, a tube park, and weekly kids activities.

Dining at Sun Peaks is a breeze with an incredible array of restaurant options for your night out. Good ski in out

A nice property that is a mostly flat 25 steps ski out and if the road is snowy a true ski in. The property is well maintained and the property management teams goes above and beyond. The two reason this is a four and not a five star is there are no king beds and it is about a 12-15 minute walk to the restaurants. We knew this in advance as the listing clearly states this.
