The hotel room was okay, and the location was convenient. However, our experience on the day of checkout was very disappointing. We discovered that our vehicle’s gas tank had been opened, some gas appeared to have been stolen, and the fuel door was left open. We immediately reported the incident to the staff member on duty, but she seemed unconcerned and no meaningful action was taken. We expected the hotel to take the matter seriously, check the security cameras, document the incident, or at least show some concern for our safety and property. Although the room and location were acceptable, the staff’s nonchalant response to such a serious incident left us feeling unsupported and unsafe.
