「For the 5 days of our stay we had spotty service. The first morning our bathroom was serviced and the trash removed but the bed was not made and the coffee service was not refreshed. The second morning the bathroom was serviced and the bed was made, but still no refresh on the coffee service. The used mugs were left in place some with coffee from the previous day. Third and fourth days were similar with a toss up on whether the bed was made or not and still no refresh of the coffee service. ...

「The hotel was not bad although not one of Marriot's best. When I reserved a Suite I expected it to be an improvement on the normal rated rooms, unfortunately my room didn't offer much for it to be a Suite. My view was of the parking garage which didn't give me Suite vibes. The food served in the hotel restaurant was not even close to the best I've ever had. I would stay there again since I now have more information about the facility.」

「John was most helpful at check in and made us a very nice breakfast. What a wonderful Inn!」

「I often stay at Marriott hotels, and this time I was able to receive consistent cleanliness and service. There was a mistake when I made the reservation, but it was corrected immediately and I felt at ease. I would like to continue staying with Marriott hotels in the future.」

「It was good.」

「Comfort of home away from home!」

「Our first room had no AC, Rey the desk manager assigned to another room. That room the TV would not work (no signal), she walked us to another room and couldn't get that AC to work, finally the 4th had both. We then found that the pool was closed permanently.....so this hotel I can't recommend to families. Then the workout room was closed.... honestly if weren't so tired from driving - we would have left.」

「I liked the room」
