「Great check-in service. Although I let the hotel know about my late check-in at short notice and did not have Openkey accsess, the hotel prepared the room key for me at the front door of lobby and my family could have a good rest. I really appreciate it.」

「Internet was slow. Wanted extra money to stay in a room with no tub just a shower. Check out was at 11am wanted extra money 20.00 to check out an hour later. Nobody winning at casino. Machines super tight. Place smelled like cigarette smoke. Will never stay here again!」

「This beautiful cabin was absolutely perfect for our two day stay. Very clean, modern and cozy at the same time. The bed was very comfortable to sleep in, especially after a long day of skiing! Also loved the hot tub and secluded backyard. I would definitely recommend this place. The hosts Thomas and Amanda were very responsive to questions and accommodating.」

「Although raining nonstop, the cozy home was a perfect refuge. The woodstove was crackling, the kitchen was well stocked and hearing the rain on the roof was lulling. 」

「Staff was very courteous. The room was clean, freshly painted and they came and serviced the room one day during my stay which was very nice. The room was heavily fragranced with a vanilla air freshener that set off my allergies so that was unpleasant but not a huge problem. The biggest issue I had was it seems a particular type of worker used the room adjacent to mine and the guests were very VERY loud and easy to hear through the walls. 」
