「Well I would have gave it 5 stars but on checking in after 11pm the bathroom sink was clogged, and I still dished out over $300 bones. I feel for a resort the rooms should be checked out for functionality on every time someone leaves. 」

「This is a beautiful property in a great location. They just need to work on making sure the room is ready when you check in! Our check-in was delayed by an hour and 20 minutes based on cleaning still being performed when we arrived. 」

「Room was clean and neat. I like the little kitchen with fridge and induction stove. Toilet and bath was clean. Staff is accommodating. Would love to come back in the future with family & friends. Location is perfect, i love the body of water overlooking from my window. Blaine is a nice little town and people are very friendly. 👍👍」

「Great check-in service. Although I let the hotel know about my late check-in at short notice and did not have Openkey accsess, the hotel prepared the room key for me at the front door of lobby and my family could have a good rest. I really appreciate it.」

「Inn is always nice but overpriced for the amenities. They only do housekeeping every 3 days, which for how much you pay, should be daily」

「Good overall value but lacking in amenities (does have a pool). Staff is helpful but scarce - it’s often hard to find the front desk even staffed as management has them doing multiple jobs. Most severe is maintenance - we have had heating, TV, and other issues and there is no onsite maintenance staff to fix anything. Breakfast is ok but minimal.」

「Great stay, but it is next to casino and the only time you'll smell cigarettes is at the front desk and towards the elevators.」

「The lobby smelled when we first went it. The one guy practically accused me of stealing towels. We had 1 towel in our room and went to front desk and he basically accused me of stealing for I had not mentioned it sooner. The guy that checked us in was nice, but the guy in the morning was rude and disrespectful. The bed was ok and the area was quiet but the lobby smelled and the staff was not helpful or nice at all」

「The hotel was absolutely clean and the staff were super helpful and friendly. The only downside of the stay in my opinion was the noise. You could hear everything and it made it hard to get a good rest.」
