「Great weather. Excellent pool and hot tub. Disappointed in food/restaurant options and did not experience timely or friendly service as part of our dining in the restaurant. Loved the live music, games and s’mores in evenings. 」

「The owner made the check-in process easy. I got to the property late in the evening and the check in was easy. The cabana was clean and comfortable. The bathroom is in the main house right as you enter the house. Overall a great stay. 」

「Very cute and spacious rental at Birch Bay. Had all the amenities we could have wanted. Wish there were black out curtains in the bedrooms to block out bright parking lot lights, but otherwise a perfect stay. We would definitely come back to this condo in the future.」

「Check in and check out process was smooth and easy. Had no issues. Place was even cuter in person. You are within walking distance to beach and restaurants. I do wish there was a map of the condo complex, this would identify the clubhouse and exactly where the unit is located. We didn’t have any issues with locating the clubhouse or unit but others might. Would 10/10 recommend. 」
