「Great check-in service. Although I let the hotel know about my late check-in at short notice and did not have Openkey accsess, the hotel prepared the room key for me at the front door of lobby and my family could have a good rest. I really appreciate it.」

「The hotel itself seems nice but the people that I’ve dealt with there are horrible. I’m on a road trip and stopped to visit my parents in law for two nights. When we got into our room it smelled like someone literally hot boxed inside. We didn’t touch anything and talked with the front desk. We told them the issue and asked if there was a different room or if we can get a refund cuz due to my husbands health issues we can’t be around it plus I’m under the weather right now and it was helping...
